Step 1: The student approaches us
Step 2: We gather the following information from the student:
- Information Required
- Student location
- In which country do you want to study (Australia, Canada, USA, UK etc.)
- In which state, city you want to study (New South Wales, California, Ontario etc.)
- In which city do you want to pursue your studies? (Sydney/London etc.)
- What is the course type/ sector you want to follow? (Under Graduate/ Post Graduate/ Vocational etc.)
- Level of study: (Degree/ Diploma/ etc.)
- Area of study: (Arts/ Engineering/ Finance/ Management/ Medicine etc.)
- When would you like to commence studies?
- English test you intend to take or you took: (IELTS, TOEFL, PTA etc.)
- Annual course fee that you can afford:
Step 3: Upon gathering the information, we use our unique cloud based online education web platform to search and identify the most suitable Universities/ Colleges that match the needs and preferences of the student
Step 4: We invite the student for individual counselling with one of our expert and experienced counselors.
Step 5: We provide the list of identified universities/ colleges with basic information such as name of the university, state & city in which the university is located, course fees, availability of any form of scholarships, intake dates etc. to the student
Step 6: The student chooses up to 4 universities to which he or she wishes to apply
Step 7: Based on the students input we send the list of documents that need to be produced by the student for commencing the application process
Step 8: Once we receive the relevant documents from the Student, we lodge the application for the specified course at the selected institution through our Education portal to the relevant university
Step 9: The University communicates to us to either offer admission to the student, requesting for more information or rejecting the application.
If the University requires more information we get the relevant information from the students and submit to the university.
If the student is either selected or his/ her application is rejected, the information is relayed to the student
If the student’s application is rejected, the student is allowed to select a different university/ course for applying
Step 10: If the student accepts the offer from the university, he/ she communicates with the University and pays the course fees for the first term
Step 11: The student receives the offer letter from the university
Step 12: The student applies for and obtains Visa to study in the selected country. If the student requires, we will provide guidance and help to get the visa.
Step 13: Upon receiving the visa, the student purchases air ticket, insurance etc.
Step 14: If the student needs we will help them to arrange
- Value Added Services
- Student insurance at concessionary rates
- Air ticket to the country of choice at concessionary rates
- Accommodation closer at or closer to the chosen University
- Airport pickup
Step 15: The student travels to the university/ college and join the program.
